Completely grown, processed and spun in the U.S., the Rodanthe group of yarns come in 6 weights. They are designed as perennial standards — a good foundation for any line of hand-dyed yarns. Sibling to our Happy Valley yarns, our Rodanthe yarns are made with the non-Superwash Shaniko wool. A pleasure to work with that creates a lovely fabric with great drape! Shaniko Wool is Merino/Rambouillet at 20.4 micron. It is completely traceable American branded wool. It is grown, sheared, scoured, and combed in the US. Available by skein or 10 pack of skeins. Cones are approximately 2 KG and only available wholesale.
