The RockShot™ Pressure Plate - Improve Balance and Weight Shift

Making Mike's debut in GOLF MAGAZINE in March 2024, the RockShot was right by his side (or under his foot, we should say). All great players start and finish with BALANCE.  Balance is essential to playing great golf.  If you struggle to get to a consistent finish or if you can't shift your weight properly, it may be due to your trail foot not being stable.  This is typical if you SWAY in your backswing. Every great player begins their downswing with a pressure shift toward the target.  Using the ground in the golf swing is one of the keys to creating power and a consistent motion. The RockShot™ from LagMaster will provide a key move in creating a stable trail leg and foot.  If you struggle with swaying in the backswing, shifting your weight to begin your downswing, or getting to a balanced finish, the RockShot is going to benefit your swing.   Other balance plates do not train your swing how to properly load your lower body in the back swing, which is key to promoting the proper weight shift.  Some training aids that prevent sway in the backswing force your foot into an exaggerated position.  These aids prevent motion, not training the proper movement pattern like the RockShot™. The RockShot™ forces the golfer to train the proper movement and balance in the back swing to create balance and a loaded trail foot so you CAN shift your weight.  Creating a powerful and efficient golf swing. Begin training your body to make a stable and balanced backswing to promote the proper weight shift and sequence in your downswing, resulting in more amazing shots and solid contact. The cambered bottom to the RockShot™ forces the golfer to stabilize their trail foot in the back swing.  If they do not, it will rock outward, placing excessive weight on the outer edge of the shoe.  By placing the foot on different positions of the RockShot™, you can make it simpler or more difficult.   This is a great training aid for any level or age golfer who wants to improve their balance, sequence, and power in their swing. The RockShot™ works for both Left and right-handed players.   Dimensions 13inches long x 6 inches wide x 1.25 inches tall Weight just under 2 pounds   *International Orders are responsible for paying taxes & duties
