Saturated Group Heads for Thermostability In saturated group head espresso machines, water is heated directly in the group head to maintain a stable temperature while brewing. This design differs from other group heads like E61 or semi-saturated types, which use separate water channels or thermosyphon systems. The saturated group head functions as part of the coffee boiler, keeping its metal components consistently hot for precise espresso extraction control. This direct water heating system offers more accurate temperature regulation, resulting in consistent espresso quality. Precision Pressure Control This commercial espresso machine uses special technology to control pressure during brewing. This helps make every shot of espresso more consistent and delicious. Instead of using old-style pressure gauges, it has a digital sensor that shows the pressure in real time. This means baristas can see exactly what’s happening while making coffee and adjust it if needed. This kind of control helps make sure every cup tastes just right, whether it’s the first one of the day or the hundredth. For coffee shops that care about quality, this machine makes it easier to get great results every time. Dry Steam Technology for Professional Milk Steaming The Rocket Doppia’s Dry Steam Technology delivers powerful steam with minimal moisture, which helps baristas create rich, velvety milk foam. Because the steam is drier, it produces better texture and consistency for drinks like lattes and cappuccinos. It also reduces the amount of leftover condensation, making steaming cleaner and more efficient. This feature gives baristas more control and helps improve the overall quality of milk-based drinks. Touchscreen Controls for Easy Operation The Rocket Doppia features a modern touchscreen that makes it simple to control and adjust the machine’s settings. Baristas can easily view brew times, monitor temperatures, and fine-tune functions with just a few taps. The screen is clear, user-friendly, and designed for quick access during busy times. With this smart interface, managing espresso quality and performance becomes easier than ever. Dual Boiler Espresso Machine A dual boiler espresso machine is engineered with two distinct boilers: one for brewing espresso at the perfect temperature and another for generating steam to froth milk. Unlike single boiler machines that share one boiler for both tasks, dual boilers enable simultaneous brewing and steaming, ensuring consistent temperature and pressure for superior quality espresso beverages. Stainless Steel Boilers Stainless steel boilers in espresso machines offer exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. The Rocket Doppia uses special boilers made from AISI 316L stainless steel. This type of steel is super strong and doesn’t rust easily, even with lots of heat and water. It’s the same kind of metal used in hospitals and high-end kitchens, so you know it’s safe and clean. These strong boilers help the machine stay reliable over time and keep the water at the right temperature for making great espresso all day long. Programmable Doses Set single, double, long and long double espresso doses to perfectly repeat your favorite recipes. At the touch of a button you can extract your programmed shot. Let your baristas concentrate on other tasks while the espresso maker automatically pulls your shots.  Volumetric Controls Volumetric espresso machines with automated features offer a great solution for coffee shops and home users alike. From easy-to-use programmable features, to increased consistency in every cup of espresso, these machines make brewing the perfect cup easier than ever before. When using espresso machines with volumetric pumps, you benefit from their precision. These pumps guarantee accurate water-to-coffee ratios, a key factor in making great espresso. Automatic Espresso Machine Automatic espresso machines have revolutionized the way baristas operate in coffee shops, allowing them to focus on other tasks while still producing high-quality espressos. With programmable doses, baristas can set specific measurements for each shot of espresso, ensuring consistency and efficiency in the brewing process. This feature not only helps save time but also maintains the quality and flavor of the final product. Meanwhile, they can also focus on other tasks such as taking money, steaming milk, or other work tasks. Temperature Control with PID A PID controller in an espresso machine ensures precise temperature control, which is essential for consistently great espresso. Without it, water temperature can fluctuate, leading to inconsistent flavors. A PID constantly monitors and adjusts the heat, keeping it stable throughout the brewing process. This results in more reliable espresso shots, better flavor extraction, and improved control for the user. Many PID espresso machines allow you to set a specific temperature, giving you the ability to fine-tune your coffee to preference.  Cool Touch No-Burn Steam Wands With these revolutionary features, you can froth and steam milk without any concerns about getting burned. The cool touch technology ensures that the wand remains at a safe temperature, allowing you to focus on creating the perfect espresso drinks without any worries. Say goodbye to accidental burns and hello to a more enjoyable coffee-making process with our state-of-the-art espresso machine. Shot Timer Built In The presence of a shot timer on your espresso machine provides numerous benefits, particularly for individuals who enjoy making coffee at home. Consistency and precision are key factors in the extraction of espresso shots. By maintaining consistent timing with the help of a shot timer, you can ensure that each shot is extracted for the same duration, leading to a well-balanced and flavorful cup of coffee. For Medium to High Volume Shops The Doppia 2 group espresso machine is designed to handle the demands of medium to high volume coffee shops with ease. Its dual boilers, advanced pressure control, and fast recovery times allow baristas to prepare multiple drinks quickly without sacrificing quality. With features like a built-in shot timer, touchscreen controls, and powerful steam, the Doppia keeps up during rush hours while delivering consistent, café-quality espresso every time.
