Roc Foldable 2 Post Cage - Prebuilt (3" x 3", ⅝" Holes)

Gym so small it could be featured on an episode of Itty-Bitty Home Gyms? Congrats! This is the folding rack for you. Its 1,000-pound capacity outlasts heavy squats, handles big bench presses and withstands chin-ups with 8 kids hanging onto your waist — just bolt it securely before you go trying for that new chin-up PR. The uprights measure true 3″ x 3″ which is EXACTLY 76.2mm x 76.2mm, instead of the typical 75mm x 75mm uprights of other brands’ imported racks. By matching the same tubing specs as many of our American competitors, you can mix and match attachments freely without needing to stick to one brand — hello, open ecosystem! Built with modular components, so you can expand later into a larger Hydra rack to accommodate a new home gym space or team workouts with your swolemate. Compatible with Hydra rack attachments. The rack is equipped with 90" uprights and 41" crossmembers. 1x Pair of 90" Upright 1x Adjustable Straight Pull Up Bar 1x Set of Wall Mount Hinge (set of 4) 1x Pair of J-Cups 1x Logo Tag 1x Set of 18" Folding Rack Wall Connector (Set of 4) IMPORTANT: The Hydra series of power racks are TRUE 3″ x 3″ tubing with 5/8″ holes, so only Hydra attachments & non-B.o.S. attachments made precisely for 76.2mm x 76.2mm uprights with ⅝” holes will fit.
