California Roasted Minced Garlic (ounce)

California Garlic Flakes are roasted and the flavor and aroma are guaranteed to knock your socks off! Garlic was one of the first herbs to be cultivated. Most folks may not realize this but in this country dried garlic outsells all other garlic by almost 3 to 1. When you are looking for garlic flavor and texture, then garlic flakes should be your choice. When cooking with liquids flakes are perfect to be added directly to dishes like chili, soups, stews, casseroles, dressings, gravies, sauces and marinades, pickles, and dressings. You can rehydrate the flakes by first soaking them in cool water for 30 minutes. Use 3 /4 teaspoon garlic flakes in place of one fresh garlic clove.
