ROAM Rugged Case - 105 Liters

Overview The 105‑liter Rugged Case from ROAM Adventure Co. is engineered for those who need maximum storage without compromising on toughness. Built for long expeditions and heavy-duty hauling, it’s the go‑to solution when your gear list outgrows smaller cases. Whether you’re crossing deserts, setting up a base camp, or organizing equipment for extended travel, this case is designed to handle it all. Its body is formed from durable roto‑molded LLDPE, a material chosen for its ability to withstand punishing environments. Reinforced stainless steel hardware and lockable latches add security and resilience, while molded tie‑down points ensure the case stays put during transport. A weather‑tight gasket seals out dust and moisture, protecting your essentials from unpredictable conditions. The case’s stackable profile makes it easy to build out a modular storage system, pairing seamlessly with other Rugged Case sizes. With its expansive interior, the 105L is ideal for larger gear—think camp stoves, recovery kits, or bulky adventure essentials that demand space and protection. Designed to integrate with ROAM’s quick‑release mounts, it transitions effortlessly from rooftop storage to ground use. Available in multiple colorways, it’s not just a storage solution but a rugged companion built to match the scale of your adventures. A: Its dimensions are optimized to slide into most mid‑size and full‑size truck beds, as well as SUV cargo spaces, without wasting room.   Q: Can I sit or stand on the case at camp? A: The roto‑molded shell is strong enough to double as a makeshift bench or step, though it’s not designed as a permanent seat.   Q: Does the case rattle when mounted on a roof rack? A: When secured with ROAM’s quick‑release mounts or standard tie‑downs, the case rides quietly and stays stable even on rough terrain.   Q: How easy is it to clean after a dusty or muddy trip? A: The smooth LLDPE surface wipes down quickly with water or mild soap, and the gasket keeps grit from entering the interior.   Q: Can I use the 105L for non‑adventure storage, like tools or sports gear? A: Absolutely. Many owners repurpose it for garage organization, boating equipment, or sports kits when not traveling.   Q: What’s the difference between using the lid organizer and MOLLE panel? A: The lid organizer adds zippered pockets for small items, while the MOLLE panel lets you attach pouches or modular gear for customizable layouts.   Q: How does the case handle long‑term exposure to sun and rain? A: The UV‑resistant shell and weather‑tight gasket are built for outdoor use, but storing it under cover when not in use extends its lifespan.
