This 10X beaver felt western hat with a 4 1/4 inch brim is a great option when you don't have time to wait for a custom made Shorty's hat. This hat comes with an open crown and a 4 1/4 inch brim and the price includes custom shaping to the crown shape and brim crease you choose. If you are looking for a larger brim we have a Black Rodeo King brand 10X hat with a 4 7/8 brim that can either be ordered as the 4 7/8 brim or the brim can be trimmed to  4 1/4, 4 1/2 or left as a 4 7/8!  BRIM CREASE  examples can been seen here. CROWN SHAPES  examples can been seen here. Add edge binding for a special finished look on your felt hat. Binding comes in black, brown or creme.
