RJ-1 Jacket - Rust Waxed Canvas

The RJ-1 is one of the OG Freenote pieces, returning year-after-year with slight revisions and tweaks as the brand has continued to grow and develop. Made from a 10oz Martexin waxed cotton canvas, they're as close as you can get to a leather jacket without wearing any actual leather, featuring a Japanese flannel body lining with a Southwestern-style print and satin sleeves. Cut as a functional Rider's jacket, it's got an elasticated action back, giving you the best of both worlds - full mobility through the sleeves and shoulders as well as a handsome, fitted silhouette. The hardware is all custom, which is really fitting for a jacket of this calibre, and the seams feature Freenote's usual heavy duty 1/8" double-needle stitching for maximum durability. True to size. Wear the hell out of it and don't worry about washing it (or spot clean). 100% cotton 10.10oz Martexin waxed canvas body 100% cotton Japanese plaid lining 100% satin sleeve lining from Japan Double pleated front Four exterior pockets Single interior pocket Elasticated bi-swing shoulders Custom metal trims from Kentucky 1/8" double needle stitch detail Custom leather label from SB Foot Tannery Fits true to size Spot clean only Looks cool as heck Designed and produced in Southern California, USA
