Rizz - Mousepad (Molten Edge)

Description General Manufacturer : La Onda, a brand that develops high-quality gaming products with a focus on e-sports in collaboration with the German content creator “The Whale”. Reputation : The RIZZ is considered a premium control pad optimized for tactical shooters like Valorant and CS2 and is known for its precision among professionals and enthusiasts alike. Purpose : Designed for maximum control, with a strong focus on precise micro movements and stopping power. Characteristics Surface : Made from ultra-fine microfiber with a smooth, uncoated texture. Offers high static friction and extremely strong stopping power, ideal for controlled movements. Optimized for all sensor types (optical and laser), tested with different mouse feet (PTFE, glass, sapphire). Bottom : Soft, non-slip PU base (similar to Poron, but not identical) that provides excellent grip on any surface. Gentle rebound, neither too soft nor too hard, for stability and comfort. Sizes : Standard size: 490 x 417 mm, large enough for low-sense gamers, but not oversized. No additional size options, focused on a consistent experience. Thickness : Available in 3.5 mm (Medium Soft) and 4.5 mm (Extra Soft) , with the thicker version offering more padding. The choice of thickness influences the feel minimally, but remains control-oriented. Variants : RIZZ : Standard version in black or red. RIZZ x NachoCustomz (Doodles) : With a unique monochrome design, slightly faster gliding surface due to the artwork. Differences are mainly visual, the core performance remains the same. Advantages Control : Unmatched stopping power and smooth micro-adjustments, perfect for precise aiming. Quality : Premium materials and workmanship that rival top brands like Artisan. Comfort : Sub-surface stitching (edges sewn below the surface) provides a comfortable feel with no noticeable seams. Care : Washable with warm water (no hot temperatures), compatible with lint rollers for cleaning. Versatility : Works with all mouse feet and does not cause increased friction with arm sleeves. Disadvantages Speed : Not suitable for speed fans – the focus is clearly on control, which makes it slower than many alternatives. Availability : Often sold out, making access difficult. Edges : In rare cases, the seams on the 4.5 mm version may come undone (not a manufacturing defect, but a design feature). Who is it suitable for? Low-sense gamers : The size and control support wide, precise movements. E-sports players : Especially for tactical shooter players who rely on maximum accuracy. Control enthusiasts : Ideal for those who value stopping power over fast gliding. Interesting facts The Whale, a well-known peripheral reviewer, designed the RIZZ with a focus on professional performance and it is used by S-tier players in tactical shooters. The pad is often compared to premium brands like Artisan, but offers better value for money (approx. €50). Conclusion The La Onda RIZZ, developed by The Whale, is a top-of-the-line control pad that shines in the world of tactical shooters. With its ultra-fine microfiber surface, strong stopping power, and high-quality PU base, it delivers a unique experience for players seeking precision. It may not be the fastest pad, but for control and quality, it's hard to beat. The collaboration with NachoCustomz adds a stylish option without altering its core strengths. A must-have for anyone looking to perfect their aim—assuming you can snag one despite limited availability!
