Protect your bars and keep them out of standing water, preferably on a wire rack or well ventilated soap dish where they can dry completely between use. Cut large bars in half, using one half at a time to extend the life of the bar. Save the tidbits of used soaps in your "soap saver" bag to use them all up. This promotes zero waste, and ensures that they won't slip through your fingers. Rotate between several bars at a time so that one bar is not overly exposed to moisture.
