Wear your favorite stretch of river. Each pair of River Runner Earrings begins with the actual path of a whitewater section. I take a view of the river, reduce it down to jewelry scale, transfer the line to sterling silver, and carefully saw it out by hand. What remains is a negative image of the river itself; a tiny map of the bends, drops, and turns of a favorite stretch of whitewater. The ready-to-ship earrings feature beloved sections of the Arkansas River near Salida, Colorado, including Browns Canyon and Bighorn Sheep Canyon. Choose a simple sterling silver pair or Bighorn Sheep Canyon finished with dangling blue apatite beads. At approximately 1 1/2" long × 1/4" wide, these earrings have a long, clean profile while remaining exceptionally lightweight and comfortable to wear.
