Risotto is cooked in broth until it reaches a creamy consistency. The risottos contain Italian Carnaroli rice as the main ingredient. Carnaroli rice is even starchier than arborio, so it makes a truly restaurant-worthy risotto. You can follow the suggested instructions on the box and add water. This product is non-GMO, gluten free, and no salt added.
