For more information, please see our Disclaimer here.     Product Description When Dr. Cabral himself was sick many years ago, he struggled to find the answers to his health challenges in one place. It was this extensive (and time-consuming) search that led him to ultimately create EquiLife -- so that others struggling could finally find answers, improve their health and live the life they’ve always wanted...much faster than he did. Like so many, you are ready for answers -- but it can be intimidating to decide where to start. At-home lab tests are an amazing and convenient way to get started because they provide individualized results and information on your exact potential deficiencies and toxicities. To make sure you feel 100% confident when it comes to choosing the at-home lab test (or tests) that are right for you, we are excited to offer a completely free*, one-on-one consultation with one of our Integrative Health Practitioner (IHP) certified Health Coaches. During this 20-minute call, you will talk to your coach about your health goals and challenges and be provided with recommendations on the at-home labs that are a fit for you. Best of all, the $49 cost to book your call can be used as a credit towards your lab test or protocol on the EquiLife store. *Terms & Conditions: Upon checkout you will be charged a $49 fee for your 20-minute one-on-one call. You will then receive an email with instructions for scheduling your call. Once you have your Lab Selection Call, your Health Coach will send you your recommendations along with a discount code good for $49 off your purchase over $99 of an at-home lab or protocol in the EquiLife store. The coupon must be used within 7-days from the time it is sent.
