Mustang Cowboy Hat - Chestnut

Rooted in heritage and built for the modern cowboy, the Mustang is the crown of Risen West — a top-tier 30X merino wool hat crafted for the man who rides with grit, lives with purpose, and carries a quiet strength wherever he goes. Every detail reflects the spirit of the wild mustang: free, untamed, and transformed into something undeniably strong. Handmade from 100% ethically sourced, mulesing-free Merino wool, the Mustang holds a firm, lasting shape thanks to its naturally prestiffened finish. The classic cattlemen crown, traditional curved brim, and polished satin lining create a silhouette that stands tall in any setting — from dusty arenas to Sunday service to long miles on the open road. A hand-stitched vegan leather sweatband adds comfort and breathability for long days, late nights, and every moment in between. This is craftsmanship you feel the second you put it on. Authentic. Refined. Built to last. A cowboy hat with a legacy of its own.   Details   100% ethically sourced, mulesing-free Merino wool Premium 30X quality grade Naturally prestiffened for shape + durability Classic cattlemen crown (4 ⅜”) Traditional curved brim (4 3/16”) Premium satin interior lining Hand-stitched vegan leather sweatband Handmade construction   Sizing   Please refer to sizing below — this line fits differently from other Risen West hats.   Small: 54–55 cm (6 ¾–6 ⅞) Medium: 56–57 cm (7–7 ⅛) Large: 58–59 cm (7 ¼–7 ⅜) X-Large: 60–61 cm (7 ½–7 ⅝)
