The lack of motivation in getting out of the bed can be caused by multiple factors, but often it is the anxiety caused by the upcoming daytime chores and activities that you’ve been dreading to do. The grogginess can also be caused by insomnia, causing a physical and mental tiredness from the lack of sleep. This inhaler was designed specifically for the A.M. to help you not only to motivate yourself from getting out of the bed, but also to help you smile and feel positive for the upcoming day.
