Rio Elite Switch Indicator Fly Line

Designed to turnover a wide range of indicators and fly sizes for long casts, efficient mends, and big dead drifts. The Indicator line is designed for long casts and big dead drifts with indicator nymph rigs. Wading anglers and anglers fishing from an anchored boat can maximize their drift with this line by casting far upstream, mending as their rig drifts even with their position, then mending with ease as it travels far downstream. The long head allows for more efficient mending at distance, especially when combined with the extra length of a switch rod, creating a seamless and longer natural drift. 30ft weights are selected to easily load switch rods when overhead casting and have enough mass to carry and turn over big indicator rigs. Strike, Set, Game On. Short, powerful front taper that easily casts indicators and large flies Long head for great mending and fly control at distance Unique taper that can be overhead or spey cast according to casting skill and situation
