The rings are designed to be worn around the penis and/or scrotum. They work by slowing blood flow out of an erect penis, which can help maintain erections for a longer period. These rings are also referred to as penis rings, tension rings, constriction rings, or erectile dysfunction (ED) rings. Yes, the ring can be paired with an RX Sleeve of your choice. Wearing the ring with the sleeve helps keep the sleeve firm and secure during use. When used correctly, the rings should not cause pain. While the sensation might feel unusual at first, any discomfort or pain is a sign to remove the ring immediately. This could indicate an improper fit, the need for a different size or style, or an underlying issue. It’s important not to wear a ring for more than 30 minutes at a time. How to Use a Ring Start when your penis is not fully erect. It’s easier to put on a ring when the penis is either soft or only partially erect. Trying to put it on during a full erection can be challenging. Apply lubricant. Use a water-based lubricant on your penis and the inside of the ring for easier application. Slide the ring on. Place the ring over the head of your penis and gently slide it down toward the base of the shaft. Ensure a proper fit. The ring should feel snug but not uncomfortable. It should only slightly enhance the size of your erection. If you experience pain, discomfort, or a cold sensation in your penis, remove the ring immediately. Remove the ring after use. Always take the ring off right after sex to avoid any potential complications. **Note: all sizes may vary slightly. **Sold as a novelty item.
