Riley Flash Quartz Dryer 18"x24"

The Riley Flash Quartz Dryer is a professional-grade flash cure unit engineered for screen printers who demand speed, consistency, and precision. Powered by quartz tube heating technology, this dryer delivers rapid on-off responsiveness, making it an excellent fit for automatic presses and high‑volume production environments (i.e., where cycle time and repeatability matter). With advanced heat control and fast recovery times, the Riley Flash Quartz Dryer ensures reliable gelling without over-curing or scorching garments. QUARTZ VS INFRARED Faster Heat-Up Time: Quartz flashes can reach curing temperature in under a second, reducing wait times and allowing for quicker cycle speeds on the press. Energy Efficiency: Because of the fast on-off cycling, quartz flashes consume less energy overall, especially in setups where the flash is idle between prints. Precise Heat Control: Quartz flashes deliver more targeted and consistent heat, which is critical for delicate fabrics or thinner substrates that can be scorched by traditional IR units. Cooler Work Environment: Since quartz units cool rapidly when not in use, they release less ambient heat, contributing to a more comfortable shop climate. Ideal for High-Speed Automatic Presses: Their quick cycling and consistency make quartz flashes perfect for high-volume, automated setups where timing and control are crucial. WHY RECOMMENDED FOR AUTOMATIC PRESSES The quartz heating system is described as “ideal for high‑speed automatic presses” because its quick cycling and consistent output match the demands of automated workflows. In high‑volume operations the time between prints and recovery time are critical; this unit is built to minimize both, supporting faster throughput and less downtime. Its triple‑zone control, adjustable height, and dual activation options give flexibility to integrate into a range of automatic machines or high‑output stations. The forced‑air assist and precise digital timer help maintain consistent curing quality under heavy usage—important when you’re running large order volumes and cannot afford variation or mis‑cures. FEATURES Lock-Out Style Disconnect Switch: Panel-mounted for secure and safe power isolation during maintenance Digital Timer: Precisely control your exposure or curing times for consistent results Tri-Zone Power Control: Three switches control front, middle and rear 3-bulb heating zones independently Forced Air-Assist: Enhances heat penetration and speeds up curing time Dual Activation: Choose between motion sensor or foot pedal operation for hands-free convenience Adjustable Heating Panel Height: Set heating element from 35” to 45” from the floor to suit your setup Quick Height Adjustment: Easy-to-use knobs make raising or lowering the panel fast and tool-free Locking Casters & Levelers: Two locking swivel casters and two leg levelers keep the unit stable and mobile Grab Handle: Designed for easy relocation around your shop 10-Foot Power Cord: Long reach for flexible placement (plug not included) Quartz Bulb Warranty: 1-year coverage for the heating elements Limited Lifetime Dryer Warranty: Coverage for the main dryer structure and components Made in USA 🇺🇸: Built with pride to deliver long-term durability and performance PRODUCT SPECS Length: 35.5” Hood Width: 24” Overall Width: 25” Min Overall Height: 42.5” Max Overall Height: 53” Number of Bulbs: 9 Bulbs per Zone: 3 Heater Dimensions: 18” x 24” Voltage: 208/240 Wattage: 9380/11700 Amperage: 45/49 Recommended Plug Type: NEMA 6-50P PRODUCT DATA SHEETS Manual
