Rico Curve Right

The Ferm Living Rico Curve Right is that perfect piece when you want something more interesting than a regular sofa but don't have space for a full sectional setup. As a made-to-order piece, you can choose from their complete fabric collection including premium Tonus by Kvadrat, soft bouclé, and other luxurious options that perfectly match your living space aesthetic. What makes this curve design so clever is how it blends the best parts of a two-seat sofa with a chaise longue, creating this flowing, organic shape that actually works for multiple people or just one person who wants to really stretch out. The right-hand orientation means the extended section curves to the right, which works beautifully in most room layouts and creates this inviting focal point that draws people in rather than dominating the space. The construction quality becomes obvious when you're using it for everything from afternoon reading sessions to evening movie nights with friends. The molded foam backrest with inner steel structure provides real support whether you're sitting upright for conversations or leaning back for relaxation, while the PU foam seat with wooden frame maintains its shape even with the varied weight distribution that comes with people using different parts of the curve. At 148cm wide with a generous seat depth that ranges from 60-86.5cm, it accommodates different sitting and lounging preferences without feeling like you're fighting the furniture to get comfortable. The 41cm seat height hits that sweet spot for both sitting and lounging, and the curved design naturally guides your body into more relaxed positions. Ferm Living approaches statement seating from Copenhagen with that Danish understanding that beautiful furniture should enhance how you actually live rather than just looking impressive in photos. They recognize that modern homes need pieces flexible enough to handle everything from solo relaxation to casual entertaining, and the Rico Curve Right reflects this philosophy perfectly. Through their partnership with skilled Italian craftspeople and focus on premium materials like Kvadrat fabrics, they create furniture that becomes an integral part of how you use your space rather than just something that fills it. Since founder Trine Andersen started the company with the belief that design should be both functional and beautiful, every piece in the Rico collection carries forward that commitment to creating furniture that feels as good as it looks.
