Our Custom Leather Patch Hat Details: Richardson PTS30 Ignite LT R-Flex hat with a structured, mid-profile six-panel design. Lightweight, stretch-woven Ignite LT fabric made from 98% polyester and 2% spandex. Laser-perforated back panels for breathability. U-Form bill allows you to customize the curve, and a Stay-Dri sweatband helps wick away moisture. R-Flex stretch fit in XS-SM, SM-MD, and LG-XL, with Youth available in select colors. PLEASE READ: All of our leatherette patches are heat-pressed onto each hat using a high-strength adhesive. Our patches are not stitched or sewn on. We do not recommend washing our hats. The patch could shrink, fade, or bleed. Also, harsh detergents may damage the patch and the bonding agent. If cleaning is needed, we suggest spot cleaning with a soft cloth.
