RICH SOLAR MEGA 200 200W 24V Monocrystalline Solar Panel - Pro & Onyx

Upgrade your off-grid energy setup with the premium RICH SOLAR MEGA 200 200-Watt 24-Volt Monocrystalline Solar Panel series. Engineered specifically for high-wattage demands, this robust 24V solar panel delivers maximum efficiency and a simpler wiring experience. By choosing a native 24V panel, you cut your installation complexity in half—fewer panels to mount, fewer cables to manage, and less power loss over distance compared to standard 12V configurations. Whether you're rigging an RV, van, off-grid cabin, marine vessel, or a DIY home energy storage backup system, the MEGA 200 provides heavy-duty power generation in a highly reliable, compact footprint. Choose Your Style: Pro (Silver Frame) vs. Pro Onyx (All-Black) The MEGA 200 series is available in two striking aesthetic builds to match your project's look without compromising on heavy-duty performance: MEGA 200 PRO: Features a rugged, industrial silver anodized aluminum frame optimized for severe weather resistance. MEGA 200 PRO ONYX: An all-black, premium stealth aesthetic designed to seamlessly blend into vehicle roofs and modern residential structures. Advanced N-Type TOPCon Cell Technology Why do these panels outperform standard monocrystalline alternatives? Both variations utilize next-generation N-Type TOPCon cells. This advanced engineering delivers up to an exceptional 25.3% cell efficiency (24.8% overall module efficiency). N-Type cells provide stable electricity generation even during early mornings, late evenings, or cloudy winter days. Furthermore, they feature an ultra-low degradation rate, meaning your panels keep pumping out peak power for decades. Yes. You must always use a compatible MPPT or PWM solar charge controller when using these solar panels to charge a battery system. This prevents overcharging and regulates voltage safely. Can I use a 24V solar panel on a 12V battery system? Yes, absolutely—provided you use an MPPT charge controller. An MPPT controller efficiently steps down the higher 24V solar panel voltage to safely match and charge a 12V battery bank without losing power capacity. Will these panels work on cloudy or winter days? Yes. Solar panels generate power from ambient light, meaning they continue working on overcast days. Thanks to the advanced N-Type TOPCon cells inside the RICH SOLAR MEGA series, low-light efficiency is greatly enhanced compared to traditional solar setups. Note that snow accumulation should be brushed off to maintain peak generation. Do I need an inverter with this solar panel? You only need an inverter if you plan on running standard household 110V AC appliances (like a refrigerator, microwave, or TV). If you are only running direct DC appliances or charging batteries, a charge controller is all that is required.
