Sprouted Brown Rice, Brown Rice, Red Rice, Black Rice. Bring 1-3/4 cups water, 1 cup Speckled Brown Rice Blend and 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil to boil in a medium saucepan. Cover tightly, reduce heat and simmer 40 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve.
