Rhodochrosite Specimens

Stunning raw pink rhodochrosite specimens from Chihuahua, Mexico. These collector's pieces are tiny but mighty, and I LOVE their contrast of colors. The matrix is a bit of a brown black coloring up close, but overall looks black in comparison to the pink.  The mineral is a bit of debate as some say it is galena, some say goethetite, and some say hematite.  So I'll be honest, I don't know on that aspect. Pieces come from the Potosi Mine, Santa Eulalia District, Muc. De Aquiles Serena, Chihuahua, Mexico LEFT: 2.5" x 2" x .5" CENTER: 1.25" x 1.75" x .5" RIGHT: 1.25" x 2" x 1" You will receive the exact raw Mexico rhodochrosite piece you choose.  The pieces CAN come off the stands and putty if you'd prefer. They are not glued. --- Learn about crystal properties on the 'Crystal Quick Facts' page. Orders are packed with love, care, & free gifts. Colors may vary due to the screen. See FAQ for more.
