Application tips for Flatback Rhinestone Charms with traditional polish: Plan your placement and design before you start.  Allow your polish and topcoat to completely dry. Add a dot of nail glue and quickly place your rhinestone or charm. You can add an additional layer of topcoat to help secure the edges of the rhinestone, but don’t paint over the facets of the stone.
