The RF Venue DISTRO5 HDR™ is a high-performance antenna and power distribution platform designed for any brand of wireless microphone system. Housed in a compact, half-rack enclosure, it distributes a single diversity antenna pair to up to five wireless receivers. The active circuitry utilizes RF Venue's High Dynamic Range (HDR) architecture, which maintains high linearity across a wide range of RF signal levels, significantly reducing distortion, lowering the noise floor, and opening up more usable channels. Beyond antenna distribution, the DISTRO5 HDR serves as a centralized 12V DC power hub, eliminating the need for bulky wall-wart power supplies in your equipment rack. Features High Dynamic Range (HDR) Advanced circuitry delivers exceptionally clean, low-noise RF performance and high linearity to combat distortion in demanding RF environments. 5-Channel Distribution One diversity antenna pair input feeds up to five diversity RF outputs. Cascadable Architecture Outputs can be cascaded to additional DISTRO5 HDR units, allowing you to easily support up to 9 channels in a single 1RU space, or expand up to 25 channels in larger setups. Centralized Power Hub The internal power supply provides 5A of 12V DC power to run multiple wireless receivers or other rack gear, cleaning up rack clutter and eliminating wall adapters. Compact Half-Rack Size Saves valuable rack space. It includes short and long rack ears, plus a joining plate to mount it alongside another half-rack unit (such as a second DISTRO5 or a COMBINE6 HDR). Battery-Ready Design Features an optional 12V DC input, making it adaptable for mobile broadcast carts or field production sound bags.
