RevX X-FLOW Cold Plunge Filtration System

RevX X-FLOW Cold Plunge Filtration System The RevX X-FLOW is a professional-grade, all-in-one water management system engineered specifically for cold plunges and ice baths. Combining a high-flow 200W pump with integrated heat sink, an 18W UV-C sterilizer, and a 20-micron pleated sediment filter, it delivers 24/7 circulation, sterilization, and filtration to keep your water crystal clear and consistently cold. Pre-assembled and plug-and-play ready with universal 1" barb fittings, the X-FLOW is designed for both residential and commercial high-use tubs with minimal maintenance required. Specifications The RevX X-FLOW is powered by a 200W high-efficiency pump with an integrated heat sink, delivering a flow rate of approximately 2,720+ gallons per hour (GPH). An 18W UV-C lamp provides continuous sterilization on contact. A 20-micron pleated cartridge filter (10-inch) captures fine debris, hair, skin cells, and sediment. The unit connects via universal 1" plumbing barb fittings and arrives pre-assembled for plug-and-play setup. Components are IPX4-rated for both indoor and outdoor use. The system is designed for 24/7 low-maintenance operation, with filter replacement recommended every 2–4 weeks depending on usage frequency. The unit weighs 65 lbs. Instructions Connect the X-FLOW to your cold plunge using the 1" barb fittings, which are compatible with standard cold plunge plumbing. Plug in the unit. No additional assembly is required as it arrives pre-assembled. Power on to begin 24/7 circulation, UV sterilization, and filtration. The integrated heat sink helps protect cold water from warming due to pump activity, reducing chiller workload. Replace the 20-micron pleated filter cartridge every 2–4 weeks based on usage frequency. Inspect the UV-C lamp periodically and replace as needed per manufacturer guidelines. Clean exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and avoid submerging the unit beyond its IPX4 rating.
