Quick Selection Guide Best for reprographics and print-for-pay shops: Revo T14 (425 sheets/hour, 300-sheet auto-feed, unattended operation) Best for encapsulated banners and oversized pieces: Revo T14 (roll-fed film produces continuous-length sheets pouch laminators can't) Best for menus, ID cards, and signage runs: Revo T14 (2–5 mil film range, consistent six-roller heat/cool cycle) Best for ganging small-format jobs: Revo T14 (run 12" film on 12"×18" stock, then flush-cut trim multiple images apart) Revo T14 Frequently Asked Questions Quick Answer: The Revo T14 laminates sheets up to 13" wide using film up to 12.3" wide, covering standard letter and legal-size documents. What's the maximum sheet size the Revo T14 can laminate? The Revo T14 handles sheets up to 13" wide, with a maximum film width of 12.3", making it well-suited to letter (8.5"×11") and legal/ledger (11"×17") stock. Because it's roll-fed rather than pouch-fed, length isn't limited to a fixed sheet size — the machine can also run continuous encapsulated lengths for banners and oversized custom work.   Quick Answer: The Revo T14 runs up to 425 sheets per hour at letter size (8.5"×11") and 216 sheets per hour at 11"×17". How fast does the Revo T14 laminate? Rated speed is up to 425 sheets/hour at 8.5"×11" and 216 sheets/hour at 11"×17", which works out to roughly 63 inches per minute of film travel. Combined with the 300-sheet automatic feed, the Revo T14 can run unattended for extended production batches, which is why it's positioned for reprographics shops and other high-volume lamination environments.   Quick Answer: No. The Revo T14 uses continuous roll film, not pre-cut pouches, which is what allows it to run unattended and produce banner-length pieces. Does the Revo T14 use laminating pouches? No. Unlike a pouch laminator that requires an operator to insert a new pouch for every sheet, the Revo T14 runs continuous roll film. That roll-fed design is what enables unattended, high-volume operation at up to 425 sheets/hour, and it also means the machine can produce a continuous encapsulated length for banners or oversized custom pieces that a pouch-fed machine simply can't handle.   Quick Answer: The Revo T14 accepts roll film from 2 to 5 mil thick. What film thicknesses can the Revo T14 use? The Revo T14 is rated for film thicknesses from 2 mil to 5 mil, covering everyday document encapsulation through heavier-duty protective jobs. Temperature is adjustable via a digital LCD, so operators can dial in settings appropriate to the film thickness and stock weight being run. Film is sold separately and the machine is compatible with Lami Corporation film only.   Quick Answer: No, film is not included with the Revo T14 and must be purchased separately; it is compatible with Lami Corporation film only. Is laminating film included with the Revo T14? Film is not included with the Revo T14 and needs to be ordered separately. The machine is designed to run Lami Corporation film only, so confirm film compatibility before ordering supplies. An optional cabinet/stand and spare roll mandrels are also available as separate accessories.   Quick Answer: The Revo T14 is ready to laminate about 5 minutes after power-on. How long does the Revo T14 take to warm up? Warm-up time is approximately 5 minutes from a cold start. Once the four heated rollers reach the set temperature on the digital LCD display, the machine is ready for production. The two integrated cooling fans then keep output clear rather than cloudy as sheets exit the unit.   Quick Answer: Yes — because the Revo T14 runs continuous roll film instead of fixed-size pouches, it can produce banner-length or oversized encapsulated pieces. Can the Revo T14 laminate banners or oversized custom work? Yes. Since the Revo T14 is roll-fed rather than pouch-fed, it isn't limited to a single fixed sheet length the way pouch laminators are. That makes it the go-to machine in the lineup for encapsulated banners and other oversized custom jobs. One shop-floor trick: run 12" film on 12"×18" digital stock to gang multiple images onto one sheet, then flush-cut trim them apart afterward.   Quick Answer: The Revo T14 runs on standard 110V power, weighs 205 lbs with its stand, and ships LTL freight in a 48"×44"×36" crate.
