Revo Office — Automatic Encapsulation Laminator

The Revo Office automatic encapsulation laminator is the first film-cassette system to combine automatic feeding, laminating, and cutting in a single continuous cycle, offering offices, schools, and print shops a hands-off alternative to pouch lamination. Set the sheet count and margins, press start, and the Revo Office runs the job on its own,  stopping automatically when finished. Rated at up to 240 sheets per hour (39 inches per minute), it laminates roughly three times faster than manual pouch feeding, making it a natural upgrade for teams that have outgrown one-sheet-at-a-time lamination. The 200-sheet feeder handles batch runs with minimal reloading, and the patented lift-out film cassette lets operators switch between gloss and matte finishes in seconds, not minutes. Why choose the Revo Office: Fully automatic cycle — Feeds, laminates, and cuts in a single pass with no manual sheet-by-sheet feeding 240 sheets/hour throughput — About 3x faster than pouch lamination for high-volume office or school use Quick-swap film cassette — Patented lift-out design changes gloss/matte film in seconds; a second cassette lets you keep both loaded 200-sheet feeder capacity — Run larger batch jobs with fewer reloads Energy-saving sleep mode — Heater temperature drops automatically after 10 idle minutes Revo Office Specifications Specification Value Professional Benefit Max sheet width 12" Handles letter-size and most standard office documents Max film width 12" Matches sheet width for full-bleed encapsulation Speed Up to 240 sheets/hour (39 in/min) ~3x faster than manual pouch lamination for high-volume runs Feeder capacity 200 sheets Fewer reloads during batch jobs Film thickness 2–5 mil Range from light document protection to heavy-duty durability Power 110v Runs on a standard office outlet, no special wiring Shipping dimensions 24" x 19" x 18" Compact footprint for office or classroom counters Weight 78 lbs (ships LTL) Freight delivery — plan for receiving at your location Film compatibility Lami Corporation film only (not included) Proprietary cassette system requires OEM film for reliable operation SKU REVO-OFFICE Reference for ordering, quoting, and support *Film is sold separately and must be Lami Corporation film compatible with the Revo Office cassette system. What sheet and film sizes does the Revo Office handle? The Revo Office accepts sheets and film up to 12" wide, with film thickness ranging from 2 mil to 5 mil depending on the durability you need. Once loaded, the machine automatically feeds each sheet, encapsulates it, and cuts it to size without operator intervention between sheets.   Quick Answer: No, film is not included. The Revo Office uses Lami Corporation film exclusively, sold separately. Is laminating film included with the Revo Office? Film is not included with the machine and must be purchased separately. The Revo Office's cassette system is designed specifically for Lami Corporation film, so compatibility with other film brands is not supported. Budget for film as a recurring supply cost when planning your purchase.   Quick Answer: Up to 240 sheets per hour (39 inches per minute) — about three times faster than feeding pouches by hand. How much faster is the Revo Office than pouch lamination? The Revo Office runs at up to 240 sheets per hour, or 39 inches per minute, which is roughly three times the output of manual pouch laminators where an operator feeds one sheet at a time. This makes it a practical upgrade for offices, schools, or print shops running frequent or high-volume lamination jobs.   Quick Answer: Yes. The patented lift-out film cassette lets you change between gloss and matte film in seconds. Can I switch between gloss and matte film on the Revo Office? Yes. The Revo Office uses a patented lift-out film cassette that can be swapped in seconds, rather than the minutes typically required to rethread film on other laminators. Many offices purchase a second film cassette so they can keep one loaded with gloss and one with matte, switching between jobs without any rethreading.   Quick Answer: The Revo Office runs on standard 110v power, so no special electrical wiring is required. Does the Revo Office require special power or wiring? No. The Revo Office operates on standard 110v power, the same as most office electronics, so it plugs into a typical wall outlet without any dedicated circuit or special electrical work.   Quick Answer: The feeder holds 200 sheets, reducing how often operators need to reload during large jobs. How many sheets can the feeder hold at once? The Revo Office's feeder capacity is 200 sheets, which lets it run substantial batch jobs — newsletters, ID cards, menus, signage — with far less operator attention than a manual pouch laminator would require.   Quick Answer: Yes, an automatic sleep mode lowers the heater temperature after 10 minutes of inactivity to save power. Does the Revo Office have an energy-saving mode? Yes. After 10 idle minutes, the Revo Office automatically drops its heater temperature to conserve power, which is useful in offices and schools where the machine may sit unused between jobs during the day.   Quick Answer: The Revo Office ships LTL freight at 78 lbs in a 24" x 19" x 18" box. How is the Revo Office shipped? The Revo Office weighs 78 lbs and ships via LTL freight in a 24" x 19" x 18" box. Its compact footprint fits on a standard office counter or table once unboxed.
