Revo Flex — 4-Side Trim Fully Automatic Laminator

The Revo Flex 4-Side Trim Automatic Laminator laminates, cuts, and trims all four sides of a sheet in a single pass, with no second trimming machine and no operator standing by. Built for reprographics shops, print production teams, and offices that finish menus, ID cards, signage, and letter/legal-size documents, the Revo Flex feeds sheets up to 13" wide, laminates with 12.6"-wide film, and delivers a finished, edge-to-edge piece straight off the machine, up to 420 sheets per hour. Why choose the Revo Flex: Single-pass 4-side trim — Feed, laminate, cut, and trim internally on all four sides in one automated pass, eliminating a separate trimming step. Adjustable trim & no-waste mode — Dial in a true flush cut or a deliberate encapsulation border, with or without margin, or run no-waste mode to skip sheet trim entirely. Wide speed range — Adjustable from 27.5–78 inches per minute, up to 420 sheets/hour, to match run size and media. Broad media compatibility — Adjustable speed and resist roller pressure hold quality across paper weights and film thicknesses from 1.5–10 mil. Touch panel control — Speed, trim position, and pressure adjustments managed from one interface.
