Lightweight Rear Bumper Support Kit

Introducing the all new REV Bumper Support Kit! Built to perform without the unnecessary weight of metal, the REV Bumper Support Kit is manufactured from durable nylon to deliver a smart, lightweight alternative to traditional aluminum bumper supports. Nylon offers an excellent combination of strength, flexibility, and impact resistance, making it well suited to an application where components may experience bumps, vibration, and repeated impacts. Unlike aluminum, nylon has some natural give, allowing it to absorb and accommodate impact rather than behaving like a rigid metal component. Why Nylon? Lightweight construction — Nylon weighs significantly less than aluminum, helping reduce unnecessary weight. Impact-friendly design — The natural flexibility of nylon allows the support to absorb and handle impacts without the rigidity of metal. Tough and durable — Designed to withstand the demands of regular use while maintaining its structural integrity. Vibration resistant — The material's inherent dampening characteristics can help reduce the transfer of vibration through the bumper assembly. No metal-on-metal concerns — Nylon provides a non-metallic interface that can help protect the chassis from direct metal contact. Purpose-built material choice — Rather than simply reproducing a traditional aluminum design, the REV kit takes advantage of the properties of nylon to create a lighter, more forgiving bumper support. The result is a lightweight, durable, and impact-conscious bumper support kit designed for racers who want dependable performance without adding unnecessary weight to their setup.
