Return to Sender Ritual

The Return to Sender Ritual is performed with the intention of returning negative energy back to its original source. Whether that energy comes from jealousy, ill intentions, gossip, spiritual attacks, or someone actively wishing harm upon you, this ritual is focused on removing that negativity from your life and sending it back to where it came from. The intention is not to create new harm, but to ensure that any energy sent your way no longer has a place to remain with you. There are times when it feels like nothing is going right. You may notice repeated setbacks, unnecessary conflict, constant bad luck, or a heavy feeling that you can’t seem to shake. Sometimes those experiences are simply part of life. Other times, they can leave you wondering if someone else’s negativity or ill intentions are affecting your peace. Whatever has led you here, this ritual is intended to help clear away what doesn’t belong to you. This ritual work focuses on removing unwanted energy from your life, returning it to its original source, and strengthening your spiritual boundaries so you can move forward without continuing to carry energy that was never yours to begin with. Choose this ritual when you believe someone has been sending negativity your way, you’ve been dealing with persistent jealousy or gossip, you’re feeling spiritually weighed down by another person’s actions or intentions, or you simply want to return unwanted energy to its source rather than carrying it yourself.
