Retro Ruby & Diamond Bow Ring

The Retro era of the of the late 1930s and early 1940s celebrated the bold lines and geometric shapes of the Art Deco movement but softened them with fun and flirty curves, resulting in sculptural rings with bold and playful designs, just like this one! This cocktail ring wraps the finger up like a present, presenting itself like an overflowing bow, with just enough asymmetry and height to make it distinctly 1940s. Handcrafted in the signature 14k rose gold of the period, it features a .70 carat old-European cut diamond at the center, graded H-I near colorless and VS2 clarity. The sides fan out and are studded with an additional .32 carat in transitional-cut diamonds, graded G near colorless and VS clarity, as well as four juicy raspberry-red, natural rubies.  This dramatic vintage ring is a treasure from a highly-distinctive and relatively short-lived era of jewelry! Size 4 1/2 and easily sizable to your needs. Please inquire here. Inventory # P09061
