Retro 18k & Platinum 8ctw Aqua Ring

A bold and colorful ring from the Retro (ca1940s) era! Crafted in 18k yellow and white gold, this ring features a central, prong-set aquamarine. The emerald cut aqua, which has a carat weight of approximately 8ctw and displays an incredible pale blue hue. The shoulders of the ring each feature 2 ellipse-shaped motifs, which are topped by a curving white gold plaque. Each plaque is decorated with engravings intended to mimic small diamonds. The remainder of the band is smooth and simple, and the inside of the shank features an "18K" purity mark, and a maker's mark which reads: "CK". A terrific example of Retro-era glamour, this ring would make an exceptional addition to any jewelry collection! Measurements: The ring is currently a size 5.5, but could easily be resized. The band has a width of 2.16mm. Condition: The overall condition of the ring is excellent. There is no apparent damage to the gold setting, and the aqua is intact and securely set.
