Retainer Clip Release Tool #STC21715

Traditionally, accessing the expansion ears can be time-consuming, often requiring the removal of additional parts to gain proper access. Technicians, in a hurry, might resort to pulling off the molding without releasing the clip properly, resulting in broken clips and wasted time. The Steck Retainer Clip Release Tool eliminates these challenges by allowing you to release retainer clips from the outside. By sliding the tool between the molding and the panel, you can easily access both expansion ears and release the clip without the risk of breaking it. Say goodbye to broken clips and the hassle of locating the back of the clip. This 10” tool is crafted from .015” spring steel and features a reinforced nylon handle, providing the perfect balance of flexibility and strength to navigate tight areas. The wide opening ensures the tool can release all types of retainer clips effectively. Technicians can save up to an hour of disassembly time typically required to access clips from behind. Those who usually resort to breaking clips will save additional time as they no longer need to search for the correct replacement clip. Upgrade your toolkit with the Steck Retainer Clip Release Tool and streamline your workflow, saving time and effort in the process.
