I AM WHOLE

Affirm Yourself: "I AM Restoring strength & wellness to my mind, body & spirit" Are you feeling imbalanced? Are you feeling like you're in survival mode? When we are faced with challenges or when life happens and there's just so much going on and a lot to do, we can tend to get into hustle mode and what I call "Zombie mode" where you're moving through your day numb. Not connected or grounded in your core. Not connecting to the present moment. What may help you get back on track? •Taking responsibility for yourself  •Connecting with nature by hiking, getting outside, sitting under a tree, and gardening, and placing your bare feet on the ground to discharge chaotic energies and fill your being with strengthening Earth energies •Getting rest and sleep Moving my body with your feet on the ground, meditation/prayer/singing/writing •Drinking herbal teas, such as Valerian, Hibiscus, Hawthorn, Gynostemma, chamomile, or my "I AM WHOLE" blend, that restores strength and nutrients to the body, your overall well-being.
