Artisan Consultation – Restore & Maintain Before we begin any restoration or maintenance, your piece receives the expert eye of a certified Danilo’s leather artisan. Every item we care for deserves a thoughtful evaluation—because craftsmanship deserves craftsmanship in return. Please note: A non-refundable consultation fee is required and will be credited toward your final restoration or maintenance total—it’s not an additional cost, but the first step in caring for something worth keeping.  By submitting this deposit, you are acknowledging our disclaimer and terms below. You'll be emailed instructions on how to Begin the Application Process. What This Service Includes 1. Hands-On Product Evaluation Conducted by a certified Danilo’s leather artisan. A full diagnosis of your item's condition, wear, and care needs is performed to determine the appropriate service category: Restoration (e.g., dyeing, scuff removal, hardware repair) Preventive Maintenance (e.g., deep cleaning, conditioning) Specialized Care (e.g., luxury finishing, exotic leathers) Professional Recommendation You'll receive a personalized report detailing: The recommended service(s) Estimated time and cost Artisan notes specific to your piece’s restoration needs Pricing & Policy Evaluation Fee: USD 10 (International) & L260 (Honduras) Credited toward your final restoration or maintenance total. Non-Refundable Clause: If you choose not to proceed, the fee is retained. This covers the expert time and handling of your piece. Drop-Off Location: San Pedro Sula Factory Store (with form submission prior to visit). Shipping: Not available at this time. Customers are responsible for delivery. Taxes & Legal: 15% ISV added at checkout for Honduras orders. Payment via Payclik (Ficohsa) only. Terms Acceptance: Must be acknowledged before payment.
