Rest & Reflect Set

During the colder months some people feel sad that they can not go out to the beach, out to the parks for barbecues, or be out in the warm sun all day. Although these activities are fun, winter brings its own lessons to teach, During this time its a great opportunity to sit with ourselves and reflect. Reflect on things we have been through during the year, or what is to come in the future years. For this time of stillness we have put together this beautiful set, in it is: - Rest & Reflect Tea: Tulsi for calming energy as well as to connect to higher consciousness, Rose for opening the heart chakra, Gotu Kola for brain health and to help with meditation, Lemon Balm to bring calming and healing energies, and Meadowsweet for peace and happiness.  - Rest & Reflect Oil: To bring peace, clarity, healing, and protection. Apply to pressure points or use on candle. -Rest & Reflect Candle: Hand poured and scented with Sandalwood and Bourbon.  - 1 Journal to write down any and all thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
