Rest and Relax Balm

Rest & Relax Balm: Whether at the end of the day or in the middle of it all, this calming blend of herbs and essential oils will help unwind the tension. Simply pop the top of the tin and gently rub your fingers over the surface. The heat from your hands will melt and transfer a little bit onto your fingertips. From there simply rub the balm into your skin anywhere on your body. And take a few deep breaths. Aromatherapy has been known to activate certain areas of your brain like your limbic system, which plays a role in your emotions, and your hypothalamus, which may respond to the scents and create feel-good brain chemicals like serotonin.  1 oz. tin Made in the USA.
