Replica Mastodon Humerus

Mastodons were large mammals belonging to the family Mammutidae, closely related to modern elephants. They became extinct around 10,000 years ago, likely due to a combination of climate change and human hunting pressure. Fossil discoveries have provided valuable insights into the ancient ecosystems of North America and the evolutionary history of proboscideans.
