Replacement Fleece - 7" - Klir

Keep your Klir Di-7 Automatic Fleece Filter operating at peak performance with genuine Klir replacement fleece rolls. Designed specifically for the Klir Di-7 Drop-In Fleece Filter System, these premium 50-micron fleece rolls provide continuous mechanical filtration by removing fine suspended particles before they can break down and negatively impact water quality. Unlike traditional filter socks that require constant cleaning, the Klir system automatically advances clean fleece as it becomes clogged, providing consistent filtration with minimal maintenance. The result is crystal-clear water, lower nutrient accumulation, and a healthier environment for both fish and corals. Each replacement roll contains 25 yards of high-quality 50-micron fleece, offering weeks to months of continuous filtration depending on your aquarium’s bioload, feeding schedule, and overall nutrient levels. Under normal operating conditions, a single roll can last from several weeks to more than three months before replacement is needed. Designed for the larger Klir Di-7 system, the 50-micron fleece captures significantly finer particles than traditional filter socks while supporting the higher flow rates common in larger reef aquariums. By removing detritus and organic waste before it decomposes, the Di-7 helps improve water clarity and supports long-term nutrient control.
