plastic cover for this light anywhere, and they had it! So happy! Posted on Google Eric Axelberg 18 November 2025 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. +0Excellent service and product. Fits perfect. Was able to restore a 75-year-old light. Thanks so much. I was looking to replace the glass on my washer and Fluorolite had the perfect solution in their custom cut round acrylic discs. I was able to replace the shattered glass for a third of the cost of a new door! If you have a Samsung washer with the glass face door, a 23 inch cut disc will be a perfect fit. I went with black, but they have tinted versions as well. I am so happy with my purchase. The before and after photos. My husband searched the internet and found Fluorolite Plastics in Hudson, Massachusetts. He called and spoke to a gentleman who knew exactly what we needed and was very helpful. We sent the measurements and received new covers very quickly. They were packed very well to protect from damage. So glad we found Fluorolite Plastics since replacing the covers was much easier than trying to find new lights. Thanks!!! Nice and soft appearance :) I’m so satisfied. It looks like a completely different diffuser EDIT: My bulbs are indeed LED like the owner response implies. I was upgrading from fluorescent to LED on this fixture. I didn't foresee this issue. It sounds like they can't resolve it as long as I'm using LED. I guess I'll look into frosted LED bulbs so the light isn't as harsh on the diffuser ORIGINAL: The lines in the diffuser (see pic) are super lame. (No, those aren’t shadows from the bulbs.) The cracked diffuser I was replacing with this custom order didn’t have any such lines in it and was perfectly smooth. Everything else about my experience was about as ideal as you could ask for, considering I was asking for a custom order of something that requires precise measurements—over the internet. The dimensions of the new diffuser worked out well enough (they were actually impressively close to my old diffuser), but only after I replaced the included plastic mounting hooks from the new diffuser with the metal mounting hooks from the old one (which conveniently and impressively fit on the ‘mounting hook lip’ of the new diffuser). Customer service was always pretty quick to respond (after I gave them a nudge), and they didn’t need to bother me with additional questions after I sent in my custom request. Maybe there’s a different custom diffuser company who makes smoother puff diffusers without those nasty lines in them. (BUT would a different company make your custom order as accurately and efficiently on their first go? Not sure.) Posted on Google Bob Nussey 3 June 2026 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I highly recommend Fluorolite, I received my lens today, and it was prefect, the packaging was first class, it was mark fragile and it was secured inside the package so there was no chance of movement. They are a first class company and would not let order the lens until they had all the dimensions for the lens to fit the fixture, their customer service keep me informed and when it was shipped notified me as to the date it would be delivered. The lens fir perfectly on the fixture, thank you and it was pleasure doubusiness with you and would hesitate to recommend Fluorolite.
