Replacement 23.5" Universal Form Side Wall - for our Fully Adjustable Kit

A single side of our Universal Form Kit is an extension of our popular reusable HDPE epoxy resin line of forms.  This is our latest design with a simplified operation and a completely adjustable size configuration.  All created with the Maker community in mind: This Universal Form Kit includes:  (1) 23.5" Form side walls.  *Base & Silicone sold separately One single side wall can be used as a replacement or add on to create a sturdy form structure that can be adjusted to accommodate interior dimensions from 3" square up to ~21" square. All measurements are INTERIOR dimensions. All side wall components can be scaled to fit the necessary work piece in this range.  They will need to be set to the correct dimensions on a flat sub base suitable to release epoxy.  The side walls need to be sealed to create a leak proof containment which can be accomplished with 100% silicone caulking dispensed along the inside corners and smoothed in with a press tool or simply a finger. The side walls can be affixed to any non-stick surface;  HDPE base (see our Universal Form Kit w/ Base) Taped Flat Surface Plastic covered flat surface. This form does not come with a leveling kit.  It is best practice to set this form on a large, level work surface which will fully support the size and weight of the form and its contents.  A sufficient sealing connection  between all base and side points will also be required to ensure even distribution and no leaks during pours.   Recommended Items Not Included, found on our Accessories page: RTV 100% Silicon tube caulking HDPE Base (see Universal Form Kit w/ Base) RTV Squeeze Out Tool Reusable Resin Mixer HDPE Clamping Blocks   Disclaimer: Due to the slick nature of the HDPE, there will be minor manufacturing “scuff” marks on the surface of the form. These marks will transfer to your resin but will be planed and/or sanded away very easily when working the blank to final thickness. These scuffs will in NO way affect your final piece. Purchase Bonus: This form can double as an internal juice groove frame.  See video for instructional details
