Repashy Grub Pie for Reptiles, 6 oz

Repashy Grub Pie for Reptiles is a premium insect-based meal replacement gel designed for both insectivorous and omnivorous reptile species. Comprising 75% insect content, all sourced from the USA and raised on nutrient-rich diets, this formula ensures top-quality nutrition. Crafted primarily from cold-pressed black soldier fly larvae meal, this powder has a captivating scent and taste that many reptiles can’t resist. Even picky eaters or those accustomed to live prey often accept Repashy Grub Pie right away, though some might need initial encouragement or training to recognize it as a food source. This versatile diet is ideal for a variety of reptiles such as bearded dragons, blue tongue skinks, ackie monitors, leopard geckos, and turtles, as well as amphibians like frogs and salamanders. It serves as an excellent nutritional supplement for insect-eating and omnivorous species. While live, gut-loaded insects should form the bulk of an insectivore’s diet, incorporating a balanced prepared food like Repashy Grub Pie provides vital dietary diversity and serves as a reliable backup during emergencies. Preparation Guidelines: Combine 1 part powder with 3 parts water, stirring thoroughly. Heat in a microwave or on a stove until it begins to boil, then stir once more, pour into a container, and allow it to cool at room temperature until it sets. Adjust the gel’s consistency by varying the water ratio as needed. Unused portions should be handled like perishable food. Store sealed in a refrigerator for up to two weeks or in a freezer for up to six months. Repashy Grub Pie for Reptiles can be offered as a slurry, paste, or firm gel. It can also be blended into gecko diets or used as a topping for dry kibble. Additionally, it can be mixed with medications for easier administration, but avoid heating when mixed with meds to preserve their efficacy.
