To Tie an effective deer hair bug, the hair must be packed tightly and Renzetti has the tool that will help you accomplish that. The unique concave shaped head on the packer tool is designed to push the hair back away from the hook eye, making it easy to tie in additional pack of hair. Pat Ehlers, of the Fly Fishers Fly Shop in Wisconsin and Andy Renzetti worked on these hair packers until both we pleased with the function and design of the it. Made out of aluminum and in the USA, these hair packers come in 3 different sizes.
