RENO A&E BX-4 LOOP DETECTOR 12-24V AC/DC

The BX-4 is a single channel loop detector with two relay outputs and a rear 11-pin connector. It runs on 12 VDC, 24 VDC or 24 VAC (10 to 35 V AC/DC). The housing is 3.00 x 1.75 x 4.30 in, excluding the connector. Output A runs Limited Presence or True Presence. Output B duplicates Output A, or gives a 250 ms pulse on entry, a pulse on exit, or a fault output. Settings are made with eight external DIP switches and an eight-position rotary sensitivity switch. It has four loop frequencies, a 2 second delay, sensitivity boost and detect memory for power drops up to 2 seconds. Relays are rated 6 A. Loop inductance range is 20 to 2000 µH. Fail-safe operation. BX codes: 3 = 120 VAC, 4 = 12 VDC, 24 VDC or 24 VAC, 8 = 240 VAC; RO = reversed outputs, E = Euro outputs, S = fail-secure.
