Edith Beale at Reno Sweeney Poster (Restored Reprint from 1978 Appearances)

Edith Beale at Reno Sweeney Poster (1978) In the 1978, Edith “Little Edie” Beale—cult icon, singer, and the unforgettable star of Grey Gardens—made a series of cabaret appearances at Reno Sweeney, the legendary New York nightclub that bridged Broadway, downtown, and queer nightlife. Her shows were part concert, part monologue, part performance art: patriotic standards, personal stories, improvised costumes, and an unfiltered charisma that turned vulnerability into spectacle.
