Remote XR IT Support for EDU

Knoxlabs Remote XR IT Support for EDU gives schools, districts, colleges, universities, nursing programs, simulation labs, and training centers access to XR specialists who help keep VR and XR devices supported after deployment. This service is designed for education teams that need remote help with troubleshooting, app guidance, MDM support, monthly readiness check-ins, teacher/admin support, and repair coordination. If your team has VR headsets but does not have internal XR expertise, Knoxlabs can act as your remote XR support layer so your devices stay ready for classrooms, labs, demos, and training sessions. Important: Provisioning Is Not Included Remote XR IT Support does not include initial device provisioning. If your devices need first-time setup, MDM enrollment, app installation, kiosk mode, fleet naming, firmware updates, Wi-Fi configuration, or deployment configuration, please add XR Device Provisioning separately. XR Device Provisioning is available as a separate one-time service at $55 per device. Provisioning gets devices ready for deployment. Remote XR IT Support helps keep them supported after deployment. What This Service Helps With Remote troubleshooting for XR device issues Support guidance for Meta Quest, VIVE, PicoXR, and other XR devices MDM support guidance for Meta Horizon Managed Services, ManageXR, ArborXR, and related platforms App update and app access guidance Teacher, trainer, and admin support Monthly device readiness check-ins Support before classroom sessions, demos, pilot launches, or training days Repair, warranty, and replacement coordination guidance Escalation guidance with OEMs, software vendors, or MDM providers when needed Why Schools and Education Teams Need This Buying headsets is only the first step. The real challenge is keeping devices charged, updated, organized, connected, and ready before students or trainees use them. Many education XR programs slow down because no one owns the day-to-day support layer. Teachers may not know who to contact. IT teams may not have XR-specific experience. Apps may need updates. Devices may need troubleshooting before a class starts. Knoxlabs helps reduce that friction by giving your team access to remote XR support specialists who understand the hardware, software, MDM tools, and deployment workflows around XR.
