Mediterranean sea salt, epsom salt and pink Himalayan salt are combined for mineral-rich bath salts, with loads of magnesium, potassium, copper, manganese, zinc and iron. Regular bathing in bath salts can help detox the body, reduce inflammation, lessen muscle aches and pains, temporarily increase blood circulation and improve sleep. Our RELIEVE Bath Salts include eucalyptus, rosemary and tea tree essential oils to open the sinuses and relieve congestion. Perfect for colds and flu, or seasonal allergies! ALL NATURAL INGREDIENTS:  Mediterranean sea salt, epsom salt, pink Himalayan salt, baking soda, eucalyptus essential oil, rosemary essential oil, tea tree essential oil. Net weight 14 oz. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DIRECTIONS: Pour one half cup of salts directly into tub water under warm running water. Tub sizes vary so experiment! Breathe deep and enjoy! Store in a cool, dry place to reduce clumping. CAUTION: While salt baths have many beneficial effects, people under a doctor's care should consult their health care provider before taking salt baths. Excessive or prolonged use may cause skin irritation. If rash, redness or itching occurs, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children. Only intended for use in soaking bathtubs, as residue from the salt could harden inside a jet system.
