Depression (Releasing Depression) ~ Set

Releasing Depression — It seems that everywhere we turn today the news is less than welcome. From the state of the economy to the politics of power, it’s hard to get through a day without being confronted in some way with unwelcome news. This has contributed to depression becoming “one of the most common mental illnesses in America, with over 17 million U.S. adults suffering from it. From June 1 to June 13, 2022, around 22.4 percent of U.S. adults reported symptoms of depressive disorder.” Loving your life can be easy, fun, and fulfilling again! In a double-blind study carried out by Colorado State University, it was found that using the InnerTalk program for depression for more than 17 hours, led to a significant decrease in depression according to the Beck Depression scale. This study not only shows the effectiveness of the program, but also indicates that its success is dosage relevant. The more you play the program, the more you benefit from it. By the time the program had been used for thirty days patients formerly diagnosed as depressed were depression free. As depression settles in, worry, anxiety, and a feeling of emotional imbalance increases. It can seem like we’re sinking into a dark hole where only more discomfort awaits. Our negative expectations become magnified and we marginalize the value of living. We talk to ourselves all the time. When you are depressed or feeling down, that self-talk may include comments such as: “I hate my life. I’m fed up, Life sucks,” etc. With this program, your self-talk will change to: “I am blessed. I choose happiness. Living is joyous. I contribute to life. I am in control. I enjoy myself,” and more. It’s hard to feel down when your inner beliefs are so positive and joyful. Our Releasing Depression set will jumpstart your positive attitude and prime your self-talk towards action. It literally re-scripts your subconscious attitudes about your life and self-worth. Simply play the programs in the background as you go about your day, or all night long while you sleep. Find yourself easily getting out of your pit of depression and pursuing the things you love again. Loving your life can be easy, fun, and fulfilling. Inspire others to follow your example and share that positive joy in the world today!
