Relaxing Blend Herbal Tea is a mix of Chamomille and Peppermint. This blend of herbal tea is soothing to drink. Blending just the right amount of peppermint compliments the smoothness of Chamomile. This drink is 100% naturally caffeine free!  Flavor Profile: *Chamomile: Smooth, floral sweetness with a soft, apple-like aroma *Peppermint: Bright, cooling mint that refreshes and balances the blend   Hot Brewing method: Start with 10 oz of fresh water. Use tea portions and brewing temperatures below.  Tisane/Herbal  Tea Amount - 2 teaspoon Temperature - 200 F Time - 5 min. Iced Tea - Double the amount of tea using the chart above. After brewing hot tea, immediately pour over a glass of ice. Add more ice if needed.                        Storage - The best way to store tea is at room temperature in an airtight tea canister.
